I made the Pioneer Woman’s Chicken Spaghetti last night for dinner. Mine turned out a little runny because I thought the liquid (mostly chicken broth) would get absorbed into the noodles, but it didn’t. No big deal, because the casserole was still very flavorful, and I think the excess liquid will help when it’s time for warming up again.
By the way, I have tried many of Ree’s recipes, and they have all fared well with my taste testers. You should try one if you haven’t already. My boyfriend told me he could eat the Chicken and Dumplings all day, every day, for the rest of his life (and he doesn’t judge dishes loosely).
